Abstract submission

 

 

To proceed with the abstract submission:

  • Download Abstract template   ZIP ????
  • Register for the conference. Abstract submission (online only) is possible after registering for the conference. If you are already registered, please Login to your account to submit your abstract.
  • Go to the Abstract Submission in For Authors tab (the form for submitting abstracts will be accessible there after logging in) and upload your abstract as a DOCX file
  • Uploaded files will be available on your account in section.

 

Author timeline

  • Abstract submission open: December 1st 2026
  • Abstract submission deadline: February 14th 2027
  • Notification abstract acceptance: April 9th 2027
  • Final paper submission deadline: July 23rd 2027
  • Technical program online: August 13th 2027
  • Presentation and speaker bio submission deadline: August 27th 2027
  • Presentation at ERF2027: September 7-9th, 2027

Respect the submission deadlines reported on the website. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of the organization committee

 

Language and length

  • Abstracts must be written in English
  • The abstract should be no longer than 1,000 words
  • The abstract must not exceed 4 pages
  • Should be submitted as a PDF file

 

Content requirements 

The abstract must summarise the main objectives of the paper and outline its conclusions.

It should serve as a concise, stand-alone summary suitable for inclusion in the conference abstract collection.

Abstracts must not resemble a company, service or product sales pitch. ERF is a scientific conference that promotes research.

Work that has already been presented elsewhere and has not been significantly updated will be considered inappropriate.

 

Evaluation criteria

        Abstract will be evaluated on the basis of:

  • technical content
  • originality and creativity 
  • relevance, importance and timeliness
  • structure and clarity
