•  Login and book services on Payment tab

Payment methods

Conference registration fees must be paid via bank transfer. 
A pro-forma invoice containing all necessary payment details will be sent by e-mail automatically after completing the registration order in the online store, which can be accessed under the Payments tab available after Login into your individual user account on the conference website. Please note that cash payments on-site will not be possible – all fees must be paid in advance via bank transfer.

Once payment is completed, the invoice will be sent by e-mail. The invoice is issued by:

Refund  of registration  fee in case of the cancellation. Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent attendees from participating in the conference. 

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be submitted in writing to erf2027@pw.edu.pl

For cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the conference (before 06/08/2027), the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative handling fee of €50 per cancellation plus 2.5% of the total registration fee. These amounts will be deducted from the refund.

For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the conference (from 07/08/2027 up to 06/09/2027), cancellation fees will apply equal to 80% of the registration fee. The remaining 20%, minus the administrative handling fee of €50 plus 2.5% of the total registration fee, will be refunded.

For cancellations received upon or after the start of the conference (from 07/09/2027), no refund will be granted and the delegate will be required to pay the full registration fee.
